Better. The chemistry between Booth and Brennan is undeniable.The characters interactions and gestures toward eachother are spectacular. Ecspecially in the episode "Two bodies in the lab" when booth breaks out of the hospital with hodgins and saves bones from the other FBI agent, the way he picks up out of the shackles was so sad and sincere. Bone and Booth without a doubt are better than Scully and Mulder, their chemistry was dry and very dull.While Booth and Bones chemistry heats up and only gets better. Great writers.

I'm on the same page as AlexMack. I like the interaction between Booth and Tempe, and how it is much more lighthearted and natural. I think this is mostly attributable to Boreanaz bing much more upbeat than the sarcastic tone from Duchovny.

I think "Bones" works better because it is really a show about the relationship between the two leads with a little bit of "crime show" thrown in, whereas "X-Files" was a show about aliens/conspiracy/etc. with just a little bit of "relationship" thrown in.

Just my two cents.

I think Bones is better cause its not the same which is good i think that Emily and david have something that Gillian and David didn't have . Plus you never can guess what is going to happen next and that is exciting. I think that David B is also way sexier than David D , Plus David B is way more funnier as Booth than David D was as Mulder , he was always going on about aliens and his sister ,Booth is so not like that.Plus the show is so different to the xfiles. Plus Emily and David have way better Chemistry than Gillian and David did they are also alot funnier. x

Mulder and Scully are always on top of the list: there was a deeper knowledege of each other and a great emotional feeling. They understood each other so well

Booth and Brennanare way Better...1)they have great chemistry !!....they've been trus alot...there relation is in naturel normal curcomstances...and the sexuel tention is there.....
I mean....I've been a great fan of Mulder and Scully but thre relation was too complicated....plus they actuely have a future!!!

well first of all, Brennan and Booth are much cuter than mulder and skully, and the chemisrty between them is incomparable , because they are totally the opposite of one another

I do not think either team is better then the other that being said a neat what if the team ups were Boothe & Scully and Mulder & Bones. Boothe & Scully since they are heavy into religon plus go by the book and Muldr & Bones how they both look beyond the surface for the answers of things. Not knocking Doggett and Reyes from X Files in later years but I think it would of been interesting if the new partnership in the later years for X Files had characters more like Bones and Boothe cause they are more Mulder^& scully then Doggett and Reyes.

Definitely Scully and Mulder. Nothing brings out the best in a couple than the potential to be abducted by aliens and any given point!

I really can't say as I didn't really watch X-Files ( hey i am being honest) but from what I know I would say better because for me I can relate to them. I see parts of myself in them!!! And they also have amazing chemistry ( that and David is so hot and Emily is really beautiful!!!!)
