Things are going to look a little bit different when fans tune in to CSI's ninth season in the fall. Just as viewers have adjusted to Jorja Fox leaving the series, it's been announced that the procedural drama will be losing another longtime cast member. According to Michael Ausiello at TV Guide, actor Gary Dourdan, who plays Warrick Brown, has informed producers that he'll be leaving the show when his contract expires next month. Although it's not known when Dourdan will shoot his final episode, it's likely that CSI's May 15 season finale will be Warrick's swan song.To read the rest, click here.

I have a bad bad feeling that the ninth season will be the last season for CSI. If He's leaving next season, and, from the way it looks, William Peterson is done after season nine, what's the point? That would just leave Nick, Cath and Greg. You can't build much of a show around them. I think we'll be saying good-bye to CSI next year.

CSI is going downhill. My wife and I were avid watchers of this show from the first episode but since stopped watching it when the miniture killer storyline occurred. We watched last week's episode and was saddened to see the lack of dynmaics between the characters since Sara was not there. CSI Miami is so much better.

As long as George Eads stays I'm good! I will miss the Warrick character though, enjoyed him much more than Sara.

At this point, I hate to say it, but either CSI is on it's way out, or it'll become a show that rotates characters every few seasons. I've stopped watching it for the most part, but it's a shame - it really is a good show.

I'd say CSI is definately on it's last leg. When the most well known characters start to leave, it's close to the end. I stopped watching after Sara left, and I just don't see it lasting without both her and Warrick.
