When the suicide rate spikes in a Pittsburgh neighborhood, the BAU team suspects the deaths may actually be the result of a serial killer who believes he is an "Angel of Death.

(Reid) You look like his student. (Hotch) You look like FBI.~ ~Hotchner: We're looking for a homicidal serial criminal in a neighborhood populated by criminals. The challenge will be separating him from the rest.~
