Default Funny Picture Contest

We should have a funny picture contest to see who really is funny. Inappropriate things should have points taken off. All funny pictures should be turned in a month after start date. Every month there will be a prize in gil for the three runner-ups. If one is banned and won before he was banned the next best picture wins. Thanks Narutotribe.com!

yeah this sounds like a good idea, but it should be a naruto picture/manga strip, not just anything.
and if you're like me the prize is a bit pointless cos i haven't even joined the RPG
