Big Brother 10: Fans vs. Favorites?

Rumors have swirled, as they always do. Big Brother 10 is coming up in a couple of months and CBS has not come forward and announced what the theme or the big twist will be. We probably won't know for some time. That's why we have rumors. The latest one to gain some steam is that Big Brother 10, in the wake of the success of Survivor: Micronesia, will be a Fans vs. Favorites season. Ignoring the fact that Big Brother can't pit only two groups against each other lest they alter the basic dynamics of the game, this theme seems unlikely, if only because Big Brother All-Stars was only a couple years ago. Would Big Brother and CBS go back to the well so quickly?

No, No, No!!!! There aren't "favorites" in BB at least not any that haven't done BB already 2 times. Why don't they go back to the normal BB and just keep it a "house full of strangers" and by that I really mean a house full of strangers. NO one knows each other.....that is when BB is good!

I would like to see the 10th season of Big Brother: Fans vs.Favorites to become a voyeuristic reality series on CBS-TV this summer season and of course, 14 new houseguests will very well be moving into the Big Brother 10 house on Sunday night, July 6th, 2008, according to my predictions.

ah, sorry about the comment I just posted. My computer got messed up. Anyway, count me out of next season if they bring back Dick Donato. I think he is the most despicable person I have ever seen on a TV show and I would never watch him on TV again.

MMMLOST I kinda agree with you, but think of the interplay between Dick and Natalie or Dick and Dr. Will. Talk about volatile. It could get verrrry interesting.
Maybe if they tried this in a year or two it would be even better.

I really hope BB doesn't do a Fans vs. Favourites...YET. I think it'd be great to do for BB11 or BB12, but All Stars is still fresh in everyone's mine. Therefore, it wouldn't be that innovative. I agree with MMLOST. They should just go back to having complete stranger. The whole "previous relationship" twist is getting old.

If they bring Natalie back, I will not watch, She raised my blood pressure by 20 points whenever she was on TV, whispering and manipulating everyone, plus all of her other :stellar " qualities. This Season (BB

was a flop, in my opinion. The personalities were all rather irritating for various reasons. I could not survive another season like it.

What could be interesing is an older cast (slightly), with enough history in their pasts that someone from their past could enter the house and we'd watch to see how they interact. This could be positive or negaive but it would be interesting..
