Big Brother 9: Examining Ryan's Foolishness

What the hell is Ryan doing? One thing that bothers me about reality shows like Survivor and Big Brother (and something that, perhaps, makes me a bad person) is the insistence that some contestants have on remaining loyal. You entered whichever game you're playing to win life-changing money – why in the world would you jeopardize such a massive payday to keep a new friend happy? Ryan has twice now made embarrassingly poor decisions to keep his boy Adam content, rewarding him for perceived loyalty. This is no way to play Big Brother. He couldn't possibly believe that he has a better chance with the jury against Adam than he would against Sheila, or even Sharon. There were various points throughout the Big Brother season where Ryan's decisions baffled me – either they were extremely wise or totally inexplicable. Right now, I'm leaning towards the latter.

I said no, but only because I don't think matters. Sheila may have gotten on peoples nerves but Adam and Ryan, Ryan having done more, have done a lot of things to other players. Ryan is my boy, I love him, don't know why but I do. It makes me sad to think that he could (will) lose to Adam.

I'm glad Ryan picked Adam to go to the final 2 because now Adam has a great chance of winning! I didn't want Sheila to make it anyway. She kind of got on my nerves.

I'm glad they are the final two but i think Ryan may lose to Adam.... we will see on Sunday... Was it a good choice or not!!!

Ryan is a buffoon, and Adam is a bigger one. I think the biggest buffoon will win though. This has been the worst Big Brother. I guess I should just start crying, like most of the players this season. Hopefully, the show will pick better next time.
