Big Brother 9: Week 8 Eviction Recap

It's incredible how little insight Julie Chen gets out of the live interviews she conducts every Wednesday night.  I mean, literally, I learn nothing of worth during the ten to fifteen minutes of interviews.  I'm beginning to think that Big Brother is having difficulty filling an entire hour of air time every eviction episode. Huh.  Tonight's Big Brother live eviction was run-of-the-mill.  A lot of attempted misdirection ending with the eviction we all expected.  The Head of Household competition was a nail-biter (as far as these live competitions go), though ultimately, it was disappointing.  On a high note, we got to watch Joshuah's mom as she viewed her son's various tirades.  She wasn't entirely pleased.

I don't think Julie even watches the shows - just breezes in to read some teleprompter and ad lib. It would be great if CBS put in someone who was a rabid, insightful watcher of the feeds and actually asked valid questions. Or there was at least someone off camera to feed her some questions so she looked insightful. I felt so sorry for Josh that Julie Chen hadn't even spoken to him all season up until that episode. He's been hilarious!

I think it would be great to have evil dick has a bb host lmao I didnt like him last season so much but it was my first time watching the show and now that I know how brutal u have to be I like him, he would be great he watches the feeds and live shows, and he would ask some pretty good questions lol but hey this is my opinion!

The problem with asking questions that has something to do with the feeds is that BB shows just the small basics of what happens in the house. Like, the casual viewer has no idea that a few days ago the boys wrapped Sheila's room in toilet paper and switched out her mattress, just for fun. It was the funniest thing to watch, and it won't ever make it on the show. Kinda sad.

I have always found Julie Chen to be a boring host. They need someone new. Sometimes I don't like her attitude either. She has a bossy way about her, and speaks in a nasty way to the houseguests. Just once I would love for one of them to come back at her.

I really think that with Adam is going 2 put up someone like Sharon and James because it will be a great Bithday Present 4 Mattie getting out James 4 his birthday in his way of seeing that Chelsia already there and that they are having a hardest time voting out James and it's needs 2 be Sharon and Ryan and if Ryan get's POV than He will put up James there you go and he is out of there and Mattie's wish comes true all true that he has been out o fthe house and ready 2 see him and ya this is what i'm htinking of hte week 2 come k it might be a shock that he might put them up but hey we don't know until Sunday at 7PM and we will all know then i guss we keep it Kool everyone and Nice job 4 my team of people of keeping Sharon in the House Congrads Natalie i'm proud of you girl and the other House Guest but James Great work. James Our going Home this week sorry it's time 4 you 2 be with your girlfriend and James get a live and step up and be a man in this house. Thanks again ya.

It will be interesting to see if Adam puts up Sharon because he has told her before that he would never put her up and never nominate her... due to his bond with Jacob.

ShirleyB23, that was perhaps the most confusing series of statements posted yet. Graz35, if Adam doesn't nominate Sharon for eviction, it will not be because of his bond with Jacob but, rather, his boner for her. He's a typical guy, after all.
