Big Brother 9 has, by and large, been a frustrating season.  The coupling experiment was an ambitious attempt at innovation, but I think I speak for all Big Brother fans when I say that it didn't particularly work.  The game play was completely bogged down.  It was extremely difficult to get a beat on what was going down in the house.  Even the house guests, it seemed, didn't know what to do with themselves – they were playing an entirely different game than they'd seen on TV.  Now that the game is back to an individual one, things are more promising, thought the last two weeks have culminated in the most anti-climactic of live evictions.  Tonight's (or last night's if you're on the east coast) Big Brother eviction episode was the most egregiously anti-climactic episode (probably) in the show's history.

Anyways, we have the results of tonight's Head of Household competition below.  If you watched the episode, then you know that the competition did not finish prior to the end of the alloted hour.

SPOILER WARNING!!! GO NO FURTHER IF YOU'RE ANTI-SPOILER!!!

I was so happy to see James back in! And now he is HOH?! Matt and Ryan better be shaking in their boots! I would love to see Matt out.....but then there would be no drama....so I think he should send out someone boring

She Dv, why would you want someone who has already lost the game to have a chance to win??? This blatent "FIXING" by BB once again. Should have left it with mystery player. I can't watch a loser win a game it goes against all principals of competiton. So when the redsox beat the yankees, then we should let the Yankees play again, because the other players like them and it was not "Fair" Retarded! BB has jumped the shark this season and this just confirms it. Enjoy James (the loser) winning BB. what a joke!

FYI i dont care personally about any player... I just call James the LOSER B/C he already got evicted and therefore lost the game. Mulligans are for sucks and wussy's. Why not just let everybody back in b/c eviction does not mean anything. STUPID!

YES! I love that James is HOH. I didn't want him to get evicted in the first place. He better put Matt up on the block. I wouldn't mind seeing him up against Josh.

Boo, this show is getting so stupid and useless. Other than to cause some drama, the entire last week was totally meaningless. Once you get voted out, you should freaking stay out, otherwise rules mean nothing.

Well. That should be interesting at least. Hopefully he'll go after Matt or Ryan for the POV so at least one of them has a chance to go home. Of course, he did call out Shelia as a power player so who knows.

And yeah, I agree that last night's show was COMPLETELY anti-climatic. ZZZZzzzzZZZZ. Does anyone know if the former HGs are still sequestered? Is there a chance that they can still come back in?
