Big Brother 8: Episode 28, Double Eviction - Reader Reactions

Last night's enormously important Big Brother double eviction episode left a lot of fans upset. Not all fans, mind you, but a significant portion. Daniele and Dick Donato have become reprehensible villains in some segments of Big Brother fandom, and people are getting fed up with their success. BuddyTV users had a lot to say after last night's show, and we've chosen the best of the best user comments to publish right here. You all had explosive opinions on the two evictions last night, the purported evilness of Dick and Daniele, and outrage over Zach's unwillingness to use the Power of Veto.

This show is getting rediculous. I have decided no to watch it anymore either. When certain people can have so much power for so many weeks in a row it becomes unfair. It is also boring and disappointing for viewers. We look forward to the unexpected, the twists and turns and shake ups. It just isn't happening this year. Dick and Daniele are evil manipulative people down to the core. They are not acting strategically in my opintion. They are just acting out of their true personalities; rotten to the core. A few weeks ago I vowed not to watch the show for as long as the 2 of them are still there. This show is so predictable now that it is not even enjoyable to watch.

I think what people are upset about is not the amount of power and meaness that the Donato's have, but the fact that so many HG's were too stupid to vote them out when they had the perfect opportunity. There have been several times that could have, should have been evicted. But the fear of making a big move in the game froze the HG's in their boots, which utimately cost them their chance to advance and win. The Donato's have not been afraid to be daring, and make moves. That's what wins the game. To me, its been a game of Survivor and ED is the best survivor of the group, considering the odds against him, the fact the HG's did not like him, and he was trying to repair an important relationship in his life. He has overcome more than anyone.

Why dont u all stop hating D&D they have played a good game. I really hope they make it to the final 2. Zack have done nothing to win this game he is do lazy and lets others do the dirty work he dont need to win. Jameka is a holly oh my god sad but kissing who side I can be on needs to be gone. She turned on her friend at the last min and is now spilling her guts and cant win hoh or pov she is just sad and dont need to win. Let the father daughter alone and let them win dont be mad because they are really good.

I stopped being a fan of Jessica after I saw the way she treated Eric this week. Unfortunately, Eric went down in Jess's blaze of glory. Boo.

Who ever is in charge of BB8 should be FIRED!! After the double eviction last night I have made a decision to not watch the remainder of the show. Im not sure why everyone is in love with the "WHITE TRASH DUO". This show is going down the toilet.

Dani has played a very good stratigic game. She has backstabbed, lied, cheated others and played with peoples minds to the point of amazement. If she wins, I will not be upset. No I do not like her, she annoys the heck out of me but she did play a good game. ED is a different story. He has not played BB at all. What he has dont is run around and intimidate others. That is not what bb is about, well at least it wasnt what it was about before allison took over production

When Dick and Danielle win BB8 they might be able to buy a "doulble-wide". I guess that would make them the King and Queen of the trailer park.

f**k the donatos....they're disgusting white trash and neither deserve to be in the final two....im tired of the piece o sh*t ppl winning this game....dick should have been kicked off a longgggggggg time ago bye the producers for what hes said and done to the everyone in the house especially the women....he did the same to dani and thats why she hates him....u ppl who love dick and agree w/ what hes done is beyond me....it says alot about the kind of ppl u r....if either donato wins im never watching this show or cbs for that matter ever again...they support violence against woman, hate, and discrimination.

zach would have been stupid to use the POV. dick would have certainly put up ZACH instead of DANIELLE if zach chose to use the POV. DUH!
