| When the previous episode of Battlestar Galactica came to an end, we were left hanging as Roslin and Baltar disappeared into the depths of space. The Cylon Hybrid forced the Basestar to jump right after Athena killed Natalie, which may make her responsible for the incident. In addition to that big shocker, Starbuck returned to the Colonial Fleet, Gaeta (Alessandro Juliani) lost his leg and sang a little ditty, and the Galactica crew plotted to destroy the Cylon resurrection hub. If they succeed in their mission, the war between the humans and Cylons will be altered forever. On tonight's episode, "Sine Qua Non," the Fleet scrambles to deal with Roslin's absence, and Tigh and Adama get into a brutal smackdown. | Lampkin!!! God, Mark Sheppard is just amazing. Surprisingly I liked this episode despite the lack of Roslin. What the frak does Six's pregnancy mean? Just two episodes left, and with Deanna finally being unboxed next week, it looks like we'll finally be finding out who that final Cylon is (I pray the preview for next week's episode was misleading, because it made it seem like they gave away that reveal). |

| I know what you mean. I was a little bit disappointed about this episode. I felt like nothing got done expect the smashing of Adama's motel ship. I wonder what the pregnancy on the 6 will mean to the humans and Cylons. The fight between Tigh and Adama was cool and at least they did not hurt each other so much. Soon the last Cylon will be revealed. I can't wait and see who it is. |

| No more Lampkin for me, please. Cut out his filler from this episode and you could have condensed this episode to about 15 minutes. I also thought that all the time spent to decide Lee should be president was a little boring, possibly because they showed him being sworn in in the promos for the episode. I'm starting to think the Sci Fi Channel promos are ones I'm going to have to skip watching. |

| True Don, this season, the BSG promos are rivaling 24's in terms of spoiler volume. However, I'm so fascinated by Sheppard's choices as an actor that I'll forgive the largely pointless nature of him. Heck, screw Caprica, I'd watch a spin-off focusing on what the frak Romo is up to when we don't see him. |

| I was bummed after watching this episode. The Lee/ presidency thing was downright painful and made no sense. I have little to no use for Apollo since he stopped being a team player and entered politics. And Romo went out with major cool points last season and then they brought him back and ruined an awesome character for me. I find it hard to believe that Adama would hand it all over to Tigh after what he found out about Tigh and Six. I also find it hard to believe that Tigh took command so easily. I would've expected him to do like the Chief and get himself demoted rather than take command of the fleet and risk going "all Cylon" on everyone. And one more vent - when Lee left the service to go into politics, they had a big gathering to send him off, bagpipes and all. When Adama leaves, he gets a salute from Starbuck and Lee, and that's it. No tears, no music, no nothing. They could've made that scene more gripping, as I felt like that was a huge moment. OK, I am done! Here's hoping n |

| I agree with most of your points Saul, except for the Adama thing. I think they hope and assume his absence is temporary, so it doesn't really require a big ceremony. Lee was leaving Galactica permanently. I actually really like Lee's move into politics, but I do have trouble buying Adama handing the Galactica over to Tigh. |

| Please no more of the tedious Lampkin, bring on the beautiful Lucy Lawless- she has been sorely missed! |

| Senior Member ![]() | Point of interest - how could Tigh get 6 pregnant if they're both Cylons? I thought that couldn't happen...hence the attempt at "hybrids".... Oh Crap - maybe Spiderr's right and they're making this up as they go along. |
