Edward James OlmosIt's been nearly two weeks since the last new episode of Battlestar Galactica, which left us with a shocking cliffhanger.  After Roslin and Baltar traveled to the Cylon Basestar to chat with the Hybrid, the ship unexpectedly jumped to an unknown location.  Where they went, and how they'll possibly get back, remains a mystery.  Hopefully this Friday's episode, entitled "Sine Qua Non," will fill us in on Roslin and Baltar whereabouts.  The episode will also deal with the power struggles that erupt in the Colonial Fleet following the president's disappearance.

To prepare for this week's new installment we have two preview videos of "Sine Qua Non."

I've already seen this episode as I live in Ireland and it aired here on Tuesday and I can tell you that this episode is fantastic! Also as an added bonus Baltar doesn't feature in this episode. There are plenty of suprises and revelations-one major one involves two cylons that will make certain visions seem more comprehensible. In addittion there is a return of 2 familiar faces who both contributed to the suprises in this episode. This episode is not to be missed as it essentially lays the groundwork for the rewst of the season. The acting is also superb especially Edward Olmos and Michael Hogan who both excellently convey an enduring friendship plagued by the trials of romance and the fear of the unknown. The only faults I had with this episode is that Starbuck only appears very briefly and the Lee Adama storyline feels somewhat boring towards trhe episode's end. If anyone wants more info or hints just let me know. Just to let you know all will however NOT be revealed but what is wil

This looks like a very intense episode and I will not miss this. I hope Admiral Adama does not hit Athena or put her into the brig. She was trying to protect her child even if nobody saw her vision. I believe that Natalie was not the 6 in her vision but the one that Colonel Tigh is having an affair with. Either way, this is going to be very drama heavy and lots of action.

Intense is the right word, because over her in the United Kingdom we have already seen this episode (thankyou, oh thankyou, Sky One). Yes, we are for once ahead of the US schedule. Wow, what an episode. So much changes in so many characters lives. And all this in 45 minutes! I don't want to give away any spoilers here, but all i can say is DONT miss this episode.

I agree with the previous comment as I too had the good fortune of viewing this episode on Tuesday(sometimes living in Ireland pays off in terms of television viewing!). This episode essentially lays the groundwork for the rest of the season and with shocking suprises throughout this episode simply cannot be missed, in fact I think Edward James Olmos deserves recognition(EMMY) for his acting in this episode.
