Battlestar Galactica: Rekha Sharma Loves Being a Cylon

Unlike other cast members who have been disappointed to find out that their characters have turned into Cylons on Battlestar Galactica, Rekha Sharma seems to enjoy the twist in her character's storyline.

Sharma, who portrays Tory Foster on Battlestar Galactica, opens up to MediaBlvd Magazine about her recurring role on the science fiction series that has taken the center stage as she got to roll around with Baltar (James Callis), discover she's a Cylon and shot Cally (Nicki Clyne) out the launch bay.

Tory is one bad mother.....
I love the transition of her character to silent assistant to Cylon badass.
I look forward to every week to see what she is going to do. And during the rest of the week, I try to imagine what she is capable of doing.

She is definitely a cool character and I like how she embraced her Cylon side and is now acting more like a machine then a human. I can't wait to find out who the last Cylon is.

I was only exposed to her through BSG but I have to say, she's done a great job with the character and I can't wait to see more. The scene in the Viper Launch tube bay was amazing and well acted. I almost bought her sincerity except that I recall the previews from the week before where I saw the baby in her arms. Anyway, I can't wait to see where this is all going... well, actually, I can. I hate to see it end!

Sharma has come into her own as Cylon Tory but I'm still shocked that she killed Cally. Moore has said that more will die before they reach Earth. Kara Thrace has been called the "harbinger of death" throughout the series (including the Razor movie) but she heard for herself in last week's kickass episode. My heart was beating so fast during the first five minute opener that I was shocked to see Laura with no hair. I only hope that Helo isn't one of the victims. I love Michael Trucco as Sam!
