Just my W.A.G. My thought is the admirals ex wife. Making Lee and Zak human cylon 1/2 breeds. Also putting truth to what Leoben said about Adama being a clylon. He never specified who in the Adama clan it was. Also Admiral Adama told Kara that Leoben was dangerous because he told half truths (Lee Adama half cylon). Also they put a face and name to the admirals ex tine the last season, she also seems to be in his head like six is for Baltar. I just thought I would share my "way out there" opinion.

I believe the final cylon is Romo Lampkin. Check out my extended theory at: http://www.briandemilio.com/battlestargalacticaseason4finalcylon/

My theory is that the 12 colonies are created beings much like the Cylons, their creators were from earth, true humans. The scientists who ran the project are the Lords of Cobal. Their creations evolved and then rebelled. Fled out into space and created the 12 colonies. Earth was a distant memory that was suppressed in an attempt to forget their origins. They then created a new race of Cylons who evolved and history repeats. The end will be when they discover their beginnings and that the Cylons are indeed their brothers created in their own image with a similar beginning and evolution.

The Real question to ask is not 'who is the 5th Cylon', but who is the 'One who cannot be named' - the 13th Lord of Cobalt who is probably the protector of Earth and possibly the one who rescued humanity when things went so awry on Cobalt. It's pretty clear that Adama has been working to a 'black ops' game plan ever since the armistice was signed at the end of the first conflict over 40 years ago (the Razor Flashbacks) - anyone who had discovered something of the magnitude he did would have to working deep inside the chain of command (Hero), so his whole relationship with Tigh (Deleted scenes) and his team (Thrace & Tyrell especially) and others brought into the equation (Apollo, Helo, Roslyn) are within those peramators. I could say more, but it's all too delicious to give away. I am totally in awe of Ron Moore's ability (he who gave us all that was dark in DS9) to dazzle whilst the real story is very much yet to be revealed...

My vote is for Ellen Tigh. Remember that she was supposed to be dead in the initial Cylon attack, but then reappeared mysteriously on a ship. No one on the ship remembered her being there previously. She was tested for being a Cylon by Baltar, who said she wasn't, but then indicated that he might have lied. And the fact that her husband was tortured by the Cylons and that she was forced to betray him and other Colonials, leading to her death - seems that might merit a Cylon apology!

My vote goes to Ellen Tigh. Remember that she was supposed to have died in the initial Cylon attack, but them mysteriously reappeared? And that no one remembered seeing her in the time she was on the ship she reappeared from? And that Baltar tested her for being a Cylon, pronounced her human, and then made a point of mentioning that he might have lied about the test? Also seems to me that her husband being tortured by the Cylons and her being coerced into betraying him and the Colonials - leading to her "death" - might merit a Cylon apology!
