I'm starting to think you're a hired gun, Spider...

For a show you claim to hate...you've done nothing but talk about it and it's ratings - keeping the debate going and firing the fan's ire with your pov since 2004. I mean, I know the Internet is custom-made for abuse...but you seem to have some sort of stainless-steel, cut 'n paste, spambot kung fu going on.

I'm guessing you watch it, too - because what's the point of logging onto many different websites with the same user id to spout numbers and "Anti" rants for 4 solid years if you have no stake in it?

Even the anti-Jar Jar folks have seemed to calm down in the years since Phantom Menace.

Did Eick or Moore steal a date from you? Did you witness them kicking a puppy? Or are you on the payroll?

Come on, man -- it ends in a few weeks and you'll NEVER see it again. I promise you that.

Someone seems a bit miffed. Could it be the 69% drop in ratings, since the came on the air? You know the reason why you're so bothered my posts? It's called the truth. The truth GINO is sucking the bottom in the ratings, and most science fans doen't care for the show and aren't watching. You screwed over the TOS fans, and you're screwed over the BSG creator, Glen Larson, and now you're left with a large plate of crow. Enjoy!

I'm not 'miffed' - I'm confused. You post the same thing over and over...sometimes multiple posts at the same time.

All you do is stir up a story where there should be dead air. Trying to figure out the motivation.

I like the new show, but I have 1 MAJOR problem with any "space" story...the lack of alien life or even the search/respect for it. All those "M" class planets and nothing but Humans and Cylons? Really?

I post the same articles, complete with reputable sources, b/c facts don't change. ...just as SciFi Channel posts all the press releases slamming TOS and praising GINO as the best show ever, not to mention the barrage of vitriol from their internet stealth marketers. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction

As someone who comes to Buddytv to look around, it just seems odd to me that your whole purpose online is to bash BSG and then disappear

Yes he does watch it he keeps up with events on the show. On the IMDB forum once in awhile he will post about stuff that happen but he mostly just trolls with the same cut n pastes over and over. I'm surprised to find him here actually. I got tired of reading his stuff over on IMDB and went looking for somewhere else to talk with fans about the show.

At least he watches...that entitles him to his opinion. If he was just trolling the boards to stir up "online anger" for fun, well - then he'd just need a hug.

I've seen marketing groups do this just to keep debate going is why I asked in the 1st place. Plus, I've seen the EXACT same figures and arguments (down to the punctuation and text color) on other boards so I wondered if it might be a scheme.

I've seen about 7-8 episodes, most of them, the first half of season one. SCAR almost convinced me to give it another chance, but the New Crapica story line, sympathizing with terrorists, and how he trashed the PEGASUS story, complete with gang rape and battery of women, turned me stomach, resulting in me turning out for good.
