Battlestar Galactica Actors Discuss Season 4

Five Reasons You Need to Watch Battlestar Galactica

Despite the excellent two-hour Razor movie, it feels as though it's been ages since the last new episode of Battlestar Galactica.  The season 3 finale left fans gasping at the big reveal that Colonel Tigh (Michael Hogan), Sam Anders, Chief Tyrol (Aaron Douglas), and Tory Foster were Cylons, and we've been left debating the meaning behind it all since last March.  Now, after waiting months for an official announcement, the Sci Fi Channel has finally revealed that Battlestar Galactica season will begin Friday, April 4, at 10pm.  It's unknown whether the Friday location will be the show's permanent time slot, or if it'll move to a different place on the schedule following the premiere.

Frakking frakers should go frak themselves. Also, they should air Battlestar Galactica in January or February, and only if a writers strike demands it, have some kind of hiatus between the first and second half of the final season. -sa@bonasi.com

This is a bunch of B.S. Who do the Sci Fi Channel think they are? HBO?

Waiting until January was going to be bad enough but now I have to wait until April? Booo!

You know, I am ticked about April. If they would only promise me that come April they will show the whole 20 episodes. The whole "10 episodes and then wait another year to show the rest" thing, that REALLY ticks me off!
On another note... I know that they are putting out some of the DVDs in HD. Has anyone heard of plans for releasing them in BluRay?

This is ridiculous, why on Earth are we being made to wait so long? The show is practically skippping a season, I could be content if i was secure in the knowledge that we are getting all 20 then, but if they split it to 2009, which it looks like they will now its going to be really crap.

It could have something to do with the 69% drop in ratings. I doubt the execs want to air GINO at all, taking into account, they have gotten better ratings for some ENTERPRISE reruns.

Looks like the people behind Galactica are doing everything they can to make season 4 fail before it even starts. They'll be lucky if anyone remembers the show when it returns. What with the year long hiatus and zero word on the season 3 dvds. Even with "Razor" I doubt the season 4 premier will blow them away ratings-wise.

The really bad writing and the resulting 69% drop in ratings is what caused SciFi Channel's reluctance to air season four of GINO.
