I really liked Shayne with Matt. I agree, though, she acts a little childish at times. But I think he liked that.

A vast majority of these Bachelor relationships never last anyways, so why not pick someone like Shayne who is hot, outgoing, and probably a total monkey in the sack. Basing a choice on a deluded idea that it'll end up being anything long term is stupid and navie.

am so happy Matt picked Shayne. i eschew "romance novels" because they are predictable, but this love story was compelling to follow every week. i didn't know whom Matt would choose as his wife until the last few minutes of the show. i couldn't be happier for both of these charming people.

These posts have shown criticism toward Shayne, but as someone who's lived in Hollywood for years, I can tell you she is exceptional as a person and her character on the show far outshines many women and men who live in shallow Tinseltown. Shayne comes off as having matured because of her family's divorces whereas most children of celebrities never overcome the complexity of their lives. She is definitely a success on all levels, her inner beauty shines through her extraordinary exterior.
As for Matt, he has the qualities every young woman would hope to find in a soul mate.
Hopefully, these two lovebirds will marry and live happily ever after. This is their chance to find happiness in a strong marri

Duh- I don't think there is any need to be rude to someone for expressing their opinion. That is, after all, what these posts are for. Apparently your definition of "daddy" is different than mine. Now excuse me while I go warm up my broom.

I love Matt and Shayne. And if you like think like you like like Amanda, then maybe like you should like rethink that like. I don't know if anyone else noticed her lack of vocabulary, but it was like nails on a chalkboard to me. When she was on the show, it was entertaining to me just to watch and count how many times she could say like in a sentance. As for Chelsea, I liked her but they just didn't seem to have the same connection that Matt and Shayne have.

he's not a bimbo - she's young, sincere, confident and pretty - all the thngs that most women want to be It makes perfect sense that he would choose her over a rom full of plain janes.
If you were the smartest person in the room and a man that you liked was attracted to you because of it - would you play dumb? NO! Nor should you. Shayne should not tone down her beauty or personality because other women wish they had those qualities.
They seem genuine and cute together. I hope they make it!

PS - Chelsea seems like a great girl, but her dress and hair were TRAGIC. The worst she looked throghout the show.
Shane looked sweet and had a trendy color/style

Shayne always came across to me as someone who was heavily medicated. She seems to move in slow motion and her speech sounds slurred. When they watched the video of her dance routine from her teens she was like a different person.

I think matt would have more fun in the marriage with Shayne than Chelsea. Shayne had a more serious note of staying forever with him and made that known. Chelsea couldn't be open with him! She knew what kind of show she was on and there were other women! Gimmie a break.
