The Bachelor 12: Finale Live Thoughts

On tonight's finale of The Bachelor, Matt will propose to either Shayne or Chelsea. Personally, I think the guy's nuts. He's hardly known these women and has had very limited interactions with them but reality tv will make a person do funny things. He'll take both women back to England to meet his family, who will give their opinion as to who he should choose. As in every finale, I expect him to say things like: I'm in love with two women, I'm so confused, this is the hardest decision I've ever had to make, and the like. Many viewers feel that the preview gave it away that Chelsea won but we'll see for ourselves. I'll be here all hour with live updates so keep refreshing and post your comments, too!

I thought weeks ago Matt might pick Shayne, but I got more hesitant as we got closer to tonight. Although I'm glad Chelsea didn't just "let him off the hook," she really didn't need to try badmouthing Shayne - you really think that's gonna make him change his mind when he's already picked her over you? The proposal was cute - obvious they already have their own little inside jokes.

I'm not sure why people are so catty about Shayne. She's adorable and seemed very genuine with him. She's only 22 and lots of people haven't been abroad yet so that's not a big deal either. I think they're an adorable couple that seem very much into each other and I'm happy that he picked her in the end. Something about Chelsea wasn't quite right and taking that swipe at Shayne in the end backfired because it was Chelsea that looked bad.

Chelsea's true colors came out in the end and I'm glad he defended Shayne which shows he has true feelings for her!

I can't believe Matt picked the most fake girl I have EVER seen on that show!!! I think she needs a new acting coach. I guess there's a reason why no one has ever heard of her!! And then for Matt to say she's genuine! Is he BLIND?? Or just stupid?

But who am I? Maybe the CHUNKY MONKEY does love him and didn't do this just to try and further her carer.

Hotter??? you think Shayne is hotter?? ...well I guess if you think a monkeys ass is hot. She's blond, which always catches your eye at first. But she's in no way hot! Plus if a girls mom really is a good indication of what she'll look like later in life then Matt's definitely IN TROUBLE!!!!! : l

Yes there is something about Shayne I definitely do like. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and tomorrow, she and Matt are doing a conference call. I'll be interested to hear how they're doing. $10 says ABC is going to air their wedding. You know they're going to want milk that for all its worth. ABC, that is.

I am so happy that Matt picked Shayne. I think she is as adorable as he is charming. I saw the chemistry right away with the two of them, it reminded me alot of the Trista and Ryan connection. Besides, any man who calls you "monkey" must have some feelings for you. I really enjoyed Matt, what a sweetheart. I just never got a good vibe from Chelsea. Shayne seemed much more sincere. I would love to see this pairing make it all the way to the altar. I will be pulling for this couple!!!!

Chunky Monkey" - I love it! She is FAT... and a whiny, bratty spoiled princess... and can only talk like a baby and is incapable of having a serious conversation... She must have spread her legs for Matt the first night she met him. Just like she does for all the other men she wants to be her "daddy."
