'Avatar' Creator Dishes Out on Season 3

Michael DiMartino, co-creator, executive producer and story editor of Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender, has something to spill about the show that will hopefully entice and rev up fans throughout the season.

While the series is about the adventures of Aang and his friends in their quest to save the world from the ruthless Fire Nation, Avatar's major plots center on redemption and forgiveness, according to the show co-creator. This is clearly manifested in Zuko worrying about his father's forgiveness, Katara forgiving Hakoda, and Aang on “failing” himself.
