Don't know if this has been mentioned anywhere else but last night my g/f and I was watching s3 on DVD. The Man From Tallahassee came on and Locke was in his apartment watching Exposé when Peter Talbot knocked on his door to ask about giving his kidney to Anthony Cooper. I blurted out 'holy ****' He was on of those somewhat forgotten characters to me, but now that Oscar is on the Christiane I with Sam, it's like the Talbot's are one of those new elite families like Widmore, Paik, Hanso and so on.

So the Talbot's are probably far more important than we thought.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're brothers... and it'd be cool if he was somehow worked into the show and Locke would be like "Hey, I know a, sorry, knew a Talbot!".

Oscar Talbot has a distinctly odd vibe about him, the same add vibe as Ethan Rom and Dr Thomas Mittlewerk always had.

You mention Ethan Rom, makes me think way back on the anagram for the original oceanic air website that you had to put together OTHER MAN. Oscar Talbot can be rearranged as LOST ACROBAT
