Default Find815 - new section needed?

Should all posts relating to the new Lost ARG (Find815) go in the old The Lost Experience section, or should we get a new section set up for that? Mods???

yeap... saw the stuff over in the TLE, but right now I don't consider this really to be a part of the original TLE, it's something different and I think the game time is going on about a month after the crash... so it doesn't really fit with the time of TLE. That's why I thought maybe it should have it's own section. I guess for now the TLE forum will have to do

I completely agree with you. I think I will try to get someone to do it for us since no mods have appeared in this section in months.

The game is actually taking place in January of 2006.

BTW, I agree, it's totally different than TLE, and I think we need another section for it!

Where did you get the Jan 2006 date? Just wondering if I missed something I didn't see any dates in the emails, didn't notice anything in the videos or the news brief. I thought about looking up the S&P 500 to find out what day it closed at 1,623.24 (16, 23??? 24 is 42 backwards heh) in the ticker during the news brief. Of course it was up 8.04 while the Dow as at 8,424.15 and was down 4.23... so all those numbers in the ticker are our magic numbers!

I just guessed that they would give up around a month or two of searching. I will go back and rewatch everything to see if I missed a date or clue to point to Jan 06.

Yeah I don't remember seeing the 2006 dates.
I'm still trying to figure out what to do with moving this into a new section.

ATTENTION We need a mod to help us out!! Or better idea make me or Pitchy mods so we dont need to bother anyone.

I guess that January thing was wrong. I read it on one of the blogs... I don't know how they figured it out, though. Apparently it was from an insider source?? I can't remember where I read it.

But now that I think about it, it wouldn't make any sense. Anthony Cooper and Naomi both said the plane was found... and that was at the end of 2004.

The first video we saw with news brief originally had a real stock ticker at the bottom... the numbers have now since been updated to have the Lost numbers in the ticker instead of real closing figures for the nasdaq, dow and s&p 500. Someone took the original figures and looked it up to see what day the nasdaq closed at the figure indicated on the TV ticker.
