America's Next Top Model: Episode 10.13 "And The Winner Is..." Recap

On tonight’s season finale of America’s Next Top Model, the remaining three girls met up with Jay Manuel to film a television commercial for Cover Girl as well as shoot a print ad. The winner of this cycle will have her ad on a billboard in Times Square. Anya began to crack under the pressure, crying in her makeup chair, worried that she wouldn’t perform well enough to get to the finale. Each girl struggled in the television commercial, despite the fact that they were given their scripts the night before. Fatima sounded robotic while Whitney and Anya had a hard time remembering what to say.

Congrats to Whitney!!! Finally a REAL woman has won this competition. And we need to stop calling her "plus size", she represents the general population and she is gorgeous!!!

Congratulations Whitney!! You go girl!! Congratulations to Anya, too! She did just as amazing a job as Whitney. Just watching the two of them interact as the final two was a breath of fresh air. Both carried themselves as confident, kind, professional and friendly competitors. Not a negative word between the two - just a strong belief in themselves. Awesome!!

Thank you Tyra, Nigel, Paulina & Mr. J for not choosing pity party Fatima!! That girl, though pretty, couldn't move, pose or convey any thought without looking like stiff robot.

Still would have loved to see Kat walk that runway!!

Tyra liked her from the very begining and she had already decided Whitney sud be the winner no matter how phony she is.

Finally, a normal-sized woman wins ANTM. Perhaps the show reestablished some credibility for itself after last cycle's fiasco. Ideally, it should have been Katarzyna and Whitney in the top 2, but in the absence of Kat, Fatima should have been in the top 2 with Whitney, instead of weird, ugly Anya.

i was waiting the whole morning on youtube for the video....i didnt even read the recap here first.....first of all i must say that its like cycle 6 and 7 all over again, such strong girls and i couldnt deside nor predict who is going to win. it was a plesaure to watch. Secondly a great final two. those walks were fabulous. i mean i had shivers when i watched them. But the outcome- whiteny the winner of antm....never in my wildest dreams could i have predicted my plus,,,sorry full figured modelette winning this. ofcourse anya had a better portfolio and i must admit deserved it more but i am really pleased with this season. it had its lowpoints but it was pleasure.

Anya Should had won.. it's so obvious that anya photos was far better and was called first the most. whitney was inbottom two 3 times and omg she wins. what the hell... just because they wana give it a change that plus size can model . oh yes she can but she doesn't deserve to win. Anya is better and more consistent. Whitney personality wasn't as good as Anya, she was simply jealous and kind of !@#!@y at times. ANTM is not because of who needs the title more. it's about who deserve it. I know anya can model without the title of ANTM but she still deserve to win!! the most disapointed Cycle i had ever watch. Previously, both final contestants were equally good, in this cycle is was so obvious that anya was better.

I was, shocked. WHEN I found out that Fatima finished in 3rd place. I don't know i just thought even if she could not win, at least she deserved to be in the final 2. It's just so shocking someone so pretty like her finished in 3rd.
However, what's happened has happened and so :/
