Tonight, the tenth cycle of America’s Next Top Model got underway. Thirty girls would be narrowed down to a group of 14 who would compete this season for the ultimately modeling opportunity. Tyra counted us down, announcing 10 seasons, 9 catfights, 8 dramatic makeovers, 7 stressful medical emergencies, 6 scary runway spills, 5 fierce plus-size models, 4 high flying photo shoots, 3 critter encounters, 2 amazing Jays, and 1 Top Model! We won’t know who that is for a few more months, though. Here’s how tonight’s episode played out.

Overall, this episode was pretty good. But it went a little overboard with a lot of the stimulation and over-excitement of events. It over-sold it almost. I was sitting there thinking, "Tyra, Tyra - what have you done?" It was a little bit too crazy for me.

I loved Crazy Amis! She was entertaining and not afraid to be herself.

Dominique reminds me of Coryn from Cycle 5 - especially with those nose and eyebrows.

I think Claire, Fatima, and Stacy Ann stand out the most... I don't know there is something about those girls that prevents you from taking your eyes off of them! and i dont know why but marivta reminds me of chris rock "__"
