JasleneWith her whippet-thin frame, no one was ever going to confuse Jaslene Gonzalez, winner of Cycle Eight of America's Next Top Model, with one of the plus-size competitors from the same season. Even by model standards, Jaslene was skinny during her time on the show.

However, recent photographs of Jaslene partying in Miami, where she is shooting a fashion segment for CoverGirl TV, have created a new set of rumors that the slender America's Next Top Model beauty isn't just dealing with a super-fast metabolism. Shots of her even skinnier frame have started the gossip columns postulating that she actually has an eating disorder.

Now, Jaslene has fired back, posting a comment about the rumors on her Myspace blog.

"whippet-thin".. I like that phrase, good word picture. I think I will start referring to myself as "hippopotamus-thin"

Look, I know Jaslene for many years and can attest to what she says: SHE EATS ALOT! She has always been thin, even as a child she has always had that small frame (Lucky her), so I will say this: SHE IS NOT ANOREXIC! Trust me on that, we, in Chicago love her to death and are very proud of her! She is extremely healthy and whenever I see her she is the same girl as always. And she always is busy and smiling. This girl is just what she says she is. Take it or leave it, Jaslene does not change for anyone.

Man, when I was Jaslene's age, I ate everything. I mean, cake, pizza and I looked anorexic. But back then it wasn't a big thing, so I just looked super-skinny. I realize that some models do have eating disorders, but I wish those that don't have them would be left alone. I love Jaslene and was so glad that she won!

I can also attest to the fact that when I was younger I ate like a horse and barely topped 100 lbs. If I was stressed, I'd drop to 90 lbs in less than 2 weeks. Not great, but it just happened, now matter how much I ate. I really think Jaslene is naturally thin. Of course, it is utterly true that so many girls in fashion and in the world starve themselves to feel they are able to fit an ideal, and in the industry, in particular, they are hugely pressured to do so. There is a lot of hypocrisy in the businesss. One thing I believe...stop super-sizing foods at restaurants, make healthy eating choices - there are TONS of ways to have yummy food and still lose weight, it's not about never having anything tasty to eat again for the rest of your life. Include exercise, just walking every day even, and you WILL lose weight. Explore your options! On the other hand, I believe it's a good thing for there to be pressure on the media, the fashion industry, and the movie industry to show wome

I eat so, so much. I had Ding- Dongs for breakfast, popcorn for lunch (2 and a half servings a bag, I just checked). This is a day when I'm eating healthy, by the way. I weigh 90 pounds, have never starved myself, barely exercise, and don't throw up after eating. Some people are just skinny, and some people are just heavy, and some people are just average. It's always been like this, but suddenly everyone not "average" is accused of eating disorders.

I think that Jaslene may just be naturally thin and being naturally thin with the combination of stress may be why she looks so small.

that really shocks me that she could be any thinner than she was on the show. She actually freaked me out on the show because she was so thin, i found it slightly sickening. the only photo i didn't feel that way was the one where she dressed up as a man.
