Jay's a real pro and does a fabulous job on the "shoots." He is the perfect guy for the job.

Jay...what can one say....Your just fantastic at your job, which you make look easy and I know it sure isn't...and I love how pleasant and upbeat you always are even when some of the girls appear to be in never-never land while your trying to direct them! I just found the show a few weeks ago (before that, never had time for tv) and I must admit,,,I'm hooked!! But that's mostly because I enjoy watching all the shoots and the beautiful locations, and you. Keep up the good work. Love ya.
