American Idol 7: The 10 Worst Performances of the Season

There were some bad performances on American Idol this season. This is the case, of course, every season. However, I'd argue that on most American Idol years, the poor performances are given by the same people, over and over again, until those singers are eliminated. This season, in that regard, was a little different. For whatever reason, many of the top 10 finalists on American Idol 7 were severely hit and miss. Take Brooke White, David Archuleta and Jason Castro. Their best performances were awe-inspiring, their worst were dreadful. We had some consistent performers (David Cook...uh, I guess that's it), but this will probably go down as the season of the inconsistent. Thanks to help from you, the BuddyTV readers, we've compiled the top 10 worst performances from this past Idol season.

Blah, blah, blah... oh yeah.. just another David Cook fans who couldn't just say it straight. Hey, what's wrong? How can you be a fan if you can't say it straight that you're a fan? Just acknowledge that you are a fan and stop pulling down other contestants. And besides, who are you to put a Top 10 Worst Performances of the season? Hello??? Are you dreaming? Or maybe you've just missed your medication. Oh well, anyway, this article is just another trash in our already full internet world.

Well, at their best, I actually prefer Brooke WHite and Jason Castro to David Cook, but Cook was pretty consistent throughout the season.

Well people make mistakes like David Archuleta, Brooke White and Jason Castro who forgot their lyrics. Its natural, they sing infront of millions of viewers from all over the world. They are just "AMATEURS" (well I know Jason is the real amateur in the contest). David Cook, Syesha Mercado and Carly Smithson are already well trained in singing. They have been singing all their lives.

We just hope for the best of their careers.

Yay, Oscar, how about all of David Cook's for the 10 Best Performances of the Season? LOL.. Get real? hehe, I know you'll be putting in lots of Jason and Brooke there plus a little Carly with a sprinkling of Archuleta but for me, it's only David Cook!!!

David Cook has had one pretty mediocre performance (was it Seven Mary Three?) and the others have been good or great. (Yes, I'm pulling hard for him, and a Cook/Johns finale would have been amazing). I liked all of Michael Johns' performances, actually. I didn't particularly like Jason's except for Hallelujah and Somewhere Over the Rainbow, but only the last two weeks were hard to take. No one (even Amanda) had performances as bad as Sanjaya. Pretty much everyone was dreadful Archleta was pretty consistent, too, though singing Chris Brown was just...eek...Contemporary is good. R&B is not. Anyway, my opinion.

KennyChan, why are you even on here if you hate Idol so much? Who do you like if not David Cook? All you did was criticize. I don't get it.
