| Archuleta's style of music is not something that I would buy for myself (excepting his FANTASTIC rendition of John Lennon's "Imagine"), but looking at the overwhelming commercial success of Hannah Montana, Jonas Bros, High School Musical, etc., it's clear that Archie can succeed in the tween market. Cook, on the other hand, seems poised for a more traditional pop/rock career appealing to a wider demographic range. No matter who wins, they both have the potential to do very well after AI. Still, my preference, and the one I would actually pay to see in concert, is David Cook. Learning last night that he didn't even originally plan to audition for the show makes me like him that much more. Go Cook! |
