Any pathetic female who finds Castro even the least bit attractive is obviously a sad, retarded moron!!! The guy is hidious and he can't sing!!! My goodness I sure hope he's gone next!!! He will NEVER sell any records and will quickly be forgotten! Thank God!!!!

I have to say I agree with you acemondo and its good to see you have crawled out of your hole after Kristy Lee Cook got eliminated. How was her making the top 5 working out for you? you got that way wrong. Sorry I had to say it.

I never left dougg....perhaps you should open your eyes!!! And it doesn't really matter where Kristy Lee left...she wasn't going to win....however, next to David Cook, who will sell millions of CDs whether he wins or not, Kristy Lee will be the 2nd biggest seller!!!! You can write that down and then cry when it happens!!

I also stand by the opinion that she should've made the Top 5, not castro and not syesha, who are both horrible!!! Looking at the Top 4 remaining, except for David Cook, it's obvious that the other 3 are nothing but a big joke to have made it this far!!! I'm so sick of the idiotic foolish teenie bopper girl morons who have made this into a popularity contest!!! They have done nothing except ruin the show!!!

i agree with you acemondo. this is not a popularity contest. if i was based solely on talent carly wouldn't be out and jason and saesha would n't be here.
apart from david cook now i don't see anyone else as an American idol.

Looking at the Top Four, I can't believe Carly and Michael Johns aren't there....

I'm hoping for a David Cook v Jason Castro Final to keep it interesting!

I was hoping - and expecting - a Babbly/Cheesy finale to make viewers stay away in droves. DCook still generates more interest than this crappy season deserves. Maybe a Doobie/Cheesy finale?

acemondo!! Nice to see you and your razor tongue! I'm wholly disappointed with this season and with the viewers voting. Contrary to my screen name -- I do not vote -- I only watch and bellyache about America's lack of ears. Which makes me a little bit of a hypocrite -- but I just don't have the desire or the time to speed dial. I have better things to do -- like comment here while my son & hub are playing or after the little man goes to bed -- LOLOLOL! Jazzyjake -- I will reiterate -- I will NOT watch a Cheesy/Doobie finale. Nuh-uh! No way! I don't think my ears would survive and I know for a fact my husband wouldn't. He leaves the room rolling his eyes everytime Archie opens his mouth. Either that or he shouts from the kitchen how horrible it sounds and if I could please turn the TV down. Even my son leaves the room to find something better to do -- he's 3 and hangs out in front of the TV rocking out whenever DC performs

Kudos to hubby AIAddict. I dispatched my wife and son to a bedroom TV; I refuse to watch the results shows. The performance shows are bad enough, who wants to revisit them?

Besides, expecting singers to have voices, I had Celine Dion to listen to.

I'll try again. Top 10 ways to improve this dreck:

1) Impartial judging

2) Technical judging (at least 1 judge)

3) Limit calls per phone

4) Replace Randy & Paula

5) Cut geezer mentor weeks

6) Raise contestant age

7) Drop or reduce the results shows

Get rid of the annoying mosh pit

9) Cut the sob-stories on the audition shows

10) Amateurs only.
