These rankings kind of shocked me, Oscar. Usually I agree with you, but tonight I am with John 1000%. David Cook was far and away the best. I don't think I'd put little Archie and his seriously disturbing leather pants in the top 5, either.

The problem with Syesha is that she has no personality. She sings all songs well robotically but she doesn't bring anything out of it. I think Simon is fairin his comments because Syesha will never be as good as Whitney / Mariah etc. David C on the other hand stands out and is by far the best this season. With the way how things go, we may potentially have David A, David C and KLC in the final 3 - which will be funny if KLC ends up winning the whole thing, with her combined Vote for the Worst votes and her increasing new fans base (including Oscar).

David Cook's Performance was by far #1 tonight then I would say Jason Castro, Followed by Kristy and Brooke, JMO ofcourse, Carly was so incredible to me in the beginning of the season and I dont know what has happened to her, she just seems to be off for some reason lately...She was my top female pick, now I'm leaning towards Brooke White....But My Top Male has always Been David Cook, He's truly awesome....

Definate 100% agree with you,oscar!Dave c. sucked...I think he should be in the last place consider that without you is such a nice song....As for me,as long as no bad word for brooke i am fine...

I'm going to have to totally disagree with these rankings.
David Cook was hot tonight and blew away all the others.
How can you put David Archuleta first? No way dude, that is so way off.
He belongs on the mickey mouse club maybe but is in no way a potential recording artist. David Cook is ready to sell CD's NOW. He's going to be
like Daughtry in his success.

Archuleta was as good as Disneyworld can get tonight, thats why he is in 6th or 7th place and NOT behind Michael Johns. I love Brooke BUT she exploded tonight. She lost it completely. Only Syesha's strange ability to be both without a personality AND arrogant may save her. Archie or Brooke should go. Syesha or Brooke will go. Oh, yeah and David C and Jason brought it tonight w/ KLC a solid 3rd.

Brooke 3rd place?Give me a break!She did not do what she always does last night. I think she stunk.Good song choice for her but it was awful. It , to me, really exposed her faults.I also wish she would be quiet and let the judges talk. I kinda wish KLC had tried it. I think she would have nailed it. I agree with many others...David C. was the best. I really also liked Jason Castro. I feel bad again for Carly...no real audience connection and yet she seems so personable when she's not singing.

I still haven't been won over by Kristy Lee. Even last night's performance- It was better than im used to hearing from her, but certainly nothing as good as everyone else's. I really enjoy listening to Jason castro, who is my number 1 ranking for last night, followed by david cook, david archuleta, syesha, carly, brooke, KLC. I really used to like brooke but she hasn't been as good for the past couple of weeks.

I really have a hard time ranking this one, this group has settled into their niches (ruts?) and rather do the same thing every week to different songs. I will say that they did better with Mariah than most themes this year - maybe because they know her songs better.

If KLC hadn't been so woefully off key on the 1st stanza that would've been an excellent performance - impressive held note at the end. Brooke and Syesha don't do anything for me at all, so it's hard for me to rank their performances. I still maintain that this is the worst AI group ever.

I agree with AIAddict that the bottom 3 are Brooke, Syesha and Carly.

1) Jason

2) DCook

3) KLC

4) Syesha

5) Cheeseboy

6) Carly

7) Babbling Brooke

No strong opinions on this ranking except that I wish the ga-ga judges would notice more of Archuleta's missed high and low notes. Both Syesha and KLC probably gave their best performances this week, though Syesha never brings any interpretation to a lyric. I rather liked the Patsy Cline vibe KLC brought to "Forever" - if only she sang on key on the 1st verse....
