Idol Gives Back, the American Idol charity benefit, airs tomorrow night (Wednesday the 9th) on FOX, and the list of celebrity guests that will be appearing is simply astonishing.  FOX, just this morning, released their final (yet still tentative) list of scheduled celebrity appearances and it's absurd how comprehensive the list is.  It really makes you realize how massive American Idol is.  If you were to name a random super-famous person off the top of your head, chances are they'll appear on Idol Gives Back.  Perhaps predictably, all three of the presidential hopefuls (John McCain, Barack Obama, and Hillary Clinton) will all make an appearance in some fashion.  Maybe they'll sing a Peter, Paul and Mary song together.  Below you will find a full list of the assembled talent for Idol Gives Back.

Dane Cook? Well sign me up! (He said sarcastically) I'm still most baffled by the inclusion of Snoop Dogg. American Idol ain't gangsta.

Snoop Dog is all about his children now. He coaches his little kid's sports and has started many various charities for children. You may not like Snoop but if he gets even one gang banger/rapper to contribute then he is worth his weight in gold. There are a lot of young adults and teenagers who will pay attention to what Snoop says and does...if it is cool enough for Snoop...then it will be cool enough for them too.

I do like Snoop Dogg, he's just the last person I'd ever associate with American Idol.

Yeah, Dane Cook and Fergie bother me more than Snoop. Snoop isn't all that gangsta anymore.

I'm very interested to see how the presidential candidates try to appeal to Idol viewers. Now I'm kinda hoping KLC sings "I Got a Crush on Obama" tonight. I would actually vote for her if she did.

Randomx, I'm sad Kelly isn't there either! But I do like Fantasia and Elliott, so maybe I can fast forward to their performances.
