Michael was great, so I'll stick with my Bottom 3 from earlier....Ramiele, Syesha, and Carly, with Syesha going home, although I won't mind if it's Carly! She so not near as good as she thinks she is!!! David and Michael were the strongest guys, while Brooke and Kristy Lee Cook, yes jealous females, Kristy Lee Cook were the best gals!!!

When I said David and Michael were the strongest guys, I meant David Cook, not David A! Just wanted to make that clear!

I hate to admit this but David A. was really good tonite. I thought everyone did more than OK. KLC's song choice was perfect for her and well sung. David C., Carly and Michael were top of the heap for me tonite. I also really liked Jason.

I think most of them did great, delivering either awesome, solid, or very pleasant performances. David A. and Michael Johns definitely did great! David Cook and Jason did great, as well. I'm wondering whether Brooke did well enough this time around to avoid the bottom three. Ditto for Syesha. I'm lost with Carly and Ramiele...

Carly - easily the best of the night. David A reminded me of the little blonde kid in Cabaret singing "Tomorrow Belongs To Me". Ramielle - GO HOME. Syesha - You ain't Whitney or Dolly. Michael - great voice but did you understand what the words mean?

Amazingly, Dolly Parton night was much better than either Beatles night and worlds better than last week. I don't know what Simon had up his ears because he's normally right on. On the whole I think this was the best night of performances so far. Not one that made me cringe, although my dislike of Archuleta had me tuning out during his song. Ramiele was as good as she's been, Cook's personal arangement demonstrated his superior singer/songwriter talents, Brooke was way better than the judges gave her credit for, and Syesha absolutely nailed her song. No it wasn't Whitney but it wasn't trying to be. It had the simplicity of Dolly's original with a powerful chorus 2x at the end. And Syesha didn't throw her voice trying to match Houston's volume, she went for clarity and was spot on.

No matter what you think, Syesha may be going home!
