YES! Chikezie left!! I'm quite glad... even though I'm still in shock about Jason... he needs to impress us next week to recover his votes...

People are too quick on those thumbs. Vote it down if you want, obviously America agreed, so a small block on a website can disagree all they want. Tonight wasn't "Syesha is just like Carly", tonight was that Syesha 1) Didn't make herself stand out enough; and 2) Sang a very familiar song in a voice that was off the original without changing the song too much (hence dividing out any extra vote-wins). She's bottomed twice, it's not a fluke people!

Why aren't other people deserving? They are, but the reality of this is that it is totally based on preference, and knowing what demographics you sell to is a heavy part of carrying on and winning AI. Syesha hasn't catered and doesn't stand out enough. Chiks should have kept the bluegrass thing going and he would still be here. Jason has not tossed it up enough. It isn't "American Vocals", it is American Idol -- if you want to win based on peoples preferences, you have to cater. (Or be David Archuleta..)

1: Told you Jason would hit the bottom 3 and Chickezie would go. 2. Second week in a row that Simoln really slags a favorite (Carly and Jason) and they end up the top of the bottom 3. Either he is really powerful with Idol voters or they use the 3rd slot to scare supporters and wake up contestants.

Oscar, I'm still reeling from the fact that you picked Carly to go. I think she has more fans than you think and I still don't get how she ended up in the bottom last week. Kristy Lee staying is insanity. She's so desperate choosing a patriotic song in order to get votes. SERIOUSLY! I liked Chikezie and he should've gone out 9th or 8th, not 10th. He seems like a genuinely great guy.

Jason's goofy stoner dreadlock routine is starting to sink like a stone. Bottom three next week as well. Ramiele's "fan base," now that's a mystery. I know plenty of guys in the service who have a thing for little Filipino chicks . . . but where else is the support? She's kind of smug, in my humble. Syesha deserved better. Kristy Lee Cook is definitely on the comeback trail. She's natural and unaffected and apparently patriotic. Down with Bullwinkle J. Obama and his pastor!!!! I still don't get the David Archuleta screams. That's a teen idol? He's got that AC-DC thing going on and it's kind of creepy. I think Carly is probably the next to go. Those tattoos up her one arm, what's the deal? You girls nowadays, was a time when only sailors, bikers and criminals tatted up. You know Simon Cowell has a $1 million ride? Not bad for saying "I don't think that was your best performance, sorry." Only in America, and only for the time-being.

though Eze is sometimes weird....but I kinda like his weirdness....he is capable of delivering an awesome performance and let's admit it...the guy has really vocal potentials...but america spoken..it's the end for Eze AI journey....God bless you...Eze.......anway...I'm happy cause my angel...is going to continue on the show....my angel RAMIELE.....so you see...she is not goin home...cause she don't deserve.....she is to continue to share her talent....so my baby.....just enjoy the thing....and you can count my vote.....

Yeah...I need to go back to the drawing board with my predictions. What we've learned now is that it doesn't matter what you did two weeks ago - it matters what you do that week. And, I don't get how Carly was bottom three last week and not this week. It's baffling.

How awkward was Jason when he found out that he was in the bottom 3? That hug with Kristy Lee was painful. I think that's the most I've ever heard him talk & he was just rambling on & on. I really like him but I wanted to say to him tonight, "Shhh, just play your guitar."
