Beatles Week...again!  I'll take more Beatles anytime, no complaints.  American Idol is down to its Top 11, and the field is still wide open.  That is, if you assume (like I optimistically do) that America will eventually come to their senses and stop blindly handing votes to David Archuleta (“Flubbed lines, awkward singing, vacuum-like stage presence – who cares?  He's cute!&rdquo.  It's another historic night for American Idol, what with the second week in a row of legalized Lennon/McCartney song poaching.  I'm looking forward to the show and am hoping that some of the singers learn from the mistakes of last week (I'm looking at you Kristy Lee Cook).  No more ruined Beatles songs, please.  I'll be here throughout the night, giving updates as the episode rolls along.  Remember to refresh and comment below to let your opinions be heard.

Complementing the clothes...Kristy Lee Cook, that's never a good sign! I agree with all the judges on this one. Unless someone else really screws up, she's gone.

Yeah, she's definitely the favorite for elimination.

"Flubbed lines, awkward singing, vacuum-like stage presence - who cares? He's cute!"

That sounds awfully bitter. Even if you aren't a fan of his personality or his stage presence, I think you can't deny he's got serious vocal chops. (What is "awkward singing"?)

Awesome, I'm happy to hear that Archuleta returns to his former glory.

The American public is not that smart and really doesn't take into account that someone else will go. I don't think Kristy Lee is leaving. Sanjaya anyone?

Awkward singing is the bizarre vocal performance of "We Can Work it Out" that we witnessed last week. And, yeah, I am a little bitter - he should have been torn to shreds by the judges after last week and, in a just world, at least been in the bottom three.

I hope Eze screws up... and leaves... between KLC, Eze & Amanda... I can't probably chose who I like the least.. as far as the singing goes... if it has to be an overall opinion, then the one I like the least is Archuleta... and btw Oscar... I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your definition of him: "Flubbed lines, awkward singing, vacuum-like stage presence - who cares? He's cute!" specially vacuum-like! LMAOF!

Cook just threw a little Frampton flavor into Daytripper! I'm loving him more and more each week!
