David peaked 2 weeks ago - I am bored with him. Ramiele - I like her, but how can she be this boring. You can REALLY sing - what the @#$%%% are you doing? Get it together or go home. Chikeze - I am starting to like you. If you keep up this originality, I am with you dawg. You kicked some ASS. Keep kicking. Brooke - I don't care what you do - I love you. You are soooooo amazing. Everyone else - um.... who cares? Enjoy the ride, still not impressed.

Oscar we disagree substantially. I only thought 3 were good. My take: 1) Amanda: punking "You Can't Do That" really worked. Best perf. of the year. 2) Chikesie: Weird, but somehow good. The boy can't dance though. 3) Carly: not real original, but rocked out a tough song 4) Johns: too harsh an arrangement for this wistful song 5) Brooke: boring, added nothing, no high notes, kept looking at her hands to play Now it gets bad: 6) Syesha: passable, a little too cruise ship 7) Hernandez: I thought he performed this shallow song passably 9) D. Cook: sorry dude bad song choice to rock out on 10) Jason: awful; not only couldn't hit the high notes, wasn't even in the vicinity; then tried to key it lower, ear-bleed 11) Ramiele: she should be bounced, pleasant voice, can't perform, persists in w

11) Ramiele: she should be bounced, pleasant voice, can't perform, persists in wearing heels that she can't walk in 12) Archuleta: Train-wreck!!! the judges were way too kind to their annointed one.>

Oscar, I apologize for screwing up the HTML. To fix, please insert an end font tag at the end of my message. It was cut off because I exceeded the text limit. Again, my apologies. Doh!!

From now on, I'll limit my HTML to line breaks. Doh! Who should go? Who will go? If I were voting off, it would be Ramiele. She has no performance ability and I don't want her in the top 10. Archuleta annoys the he1l out of me and last night was a train-wreck. I'd love to see him bounced early, but I don't think so. It wouldn't surprise me if Syesha was bounced; she had the dreaded 1st spot and was forgettable. My prediction (subject to change) is Kristy Lee. I thought the performance passable, I could be wrong, no one else seems to.

I was extremely happy to see David A fail!! I thought that Carly was the best of the night, with David Cook a close second. I really liked Amanda at first, but now her voice is starting to grate my nerves. Who do I think is going home? It is going to be between David Hernandez and Kristy Lee Cook...Please God, let it be Kristy Lee Cook!!!! I have not liked her from the beginning and sooo wanted her to go home last week.

enyaj40, I get what you're saying, but I still think we have a right to be hard on those idiot kids. I have a 12-year-old sister who loves watching reruns of Full House. I tried explaining to her that the show is actually terrible, though I too loved it as a kid, and she didn't get it either. I'm sorry, but I insist on treating kids like rationale human beings, and rationally, David A. was awful and should go home based solely on last night's performances. Perhaps my anger should be directed at the big businesses that give that demographic so much power.

Give me a break -- even if David Archuleta had forgotten every word and tripped and fell off the stage, he still wouldn't deserve to go home more than Kristy Lee Cook. That Beatles hoedown was an abomination. Color me surprised that Amanda Overmyer and Chikezie pulled out good performances. But Carly surely deserves to be number 1 or 2 on the list.

I mostly agree with Oscar although I'd have Amanda a little lower and David A. a little higher. That said, I actually thought Kristy Lee sang better than usual (and I am NOT a Kristy fan in general). What really bothered me about her performance was the music in the background apparently having a completely different beat than she was singing. I found it terribly confusing. My DH liked it, though. I hope David Hernandez goes--all his performances are stiff, full of affected movements and facial expressions, and way to hotel-lounge-y.
