Ranking the men of American Idol 7 was pretty easy. There are a couple of obvious front-runners, a few challengers, and some obvious weak links. The women are something entirely different. By my count, there were only three poor performances from the ladies in the Top 24 performances, and two of those singers are no longer with us. Just looking at everyone not named Kristy Lee Cook on this list, I can see a scenario in which each of them could advance to the top 3. Really, that's how wide open it is for the ladies on American Idol right now. To read the rest, click here.

I disagree with Syesha being at the top. Her voice is a little thin and her rendition of Tobacco Road was pretty blah, in my opinion. I'd rank Ramiele and Alaina higher based on last week's performances.

I don't get Alaina Whitaker, and don't think she'll make it that far. I think Overmyer has a much better shot, because she stands out and will have a solid voting bloc that won't go anywhere because there's no one like her, while a lot of the other women are interchangeable. Also, while I was wowed by Lushington and believe she'll make the Top 12, I think she'll be one of the earlier exits once we get there.

Based on last week's performance, I agree. Syesha, though, seems to be beloved by all. But, this is all a toss up at this point.

I'd rather choose Ramiele or Alexandrea on to the top. I think the only reason Syesha was there because she made an impression that she could still boogie it even if you don't have a voice. (Hollywood Week). Rooting for 3 now 1. Ramiele 2. Alexandrea 3. Michael Johns (So, I agree with him being number 1) I hope sooner or later, Chikeze would be out, HE JUST SUCKS!!!!!!!!

I really like Ramiele, and do believe that she should be #1. I totally agree with TheEditor in saying that Syesha was just blah last week. But I do think that Syesha has a strong enough voice and can hopefully have a better performance tomorrow.

My mistake, it was actually HefDeezy that said she was blah, not TheEditor.

I dont get Ramiele but everyone loves her for some reason. I almost agree with you 100 percent. Syesha should be no. 1 and Alexandrea should be no. 2 and I'm happy someone agrees with me about Amanda. It wouldn't be fair if she made it. I think she's less of a singer and more of a impersinator. Alaina might be put a little too high. She's not unique enough for this competition I know I might be contridicting myself cause I know Amanda is unique but I just don't like her.

People don't have to be unique to be on this show or even win actor333kirby333.
