Blake got more handsome since they put so much make-up on him that it's visible now (just check his profile pix against the most recent pix one). Too bad - I think they're making him too "cutesy" for his style

Whatever, Mandy. In ten years we'll remember Creed and Nickelback? What planet are u on? Those bands are already forgettable. As for Hicks, 700K sales after over 60 million votes on Idol and his supposedly rabid Soul Patrol? That's pretty sad numbers. He may be selling out small venues to older crowds but if he doesn't broaden his appeal, his career's in trouble. But besides that, American Idol is supposed to be a search for the next superstar. So far, they're 2 out of 5. Carrie and Kelly and that's it. This week, they'll be 2 out of 6, b/c Jordin and especially Blake are both ho-hum and average.

I don't think so. I'm sure that if Blake made it, he will bring us something new. Blake has originality, that makes him NOT an average. If he wins, that means they'll be 3 out of 6!!
