American Idol: Top 9 Power Rankings

It's gotten to the point on our American Idol Power Rankings where I have to stop treating Sanjaya's continued existence on the show a fluke. He wasn't even in the bottom three last week and, considering that the power rankings are supposed to be an objective view of the contestants who have the best chance to win, we are going it have to come to terms with the very real possibility that Sanjaya might win American Idol.

As I was reading the above commentary, it just hit me where the conflict is in the thinking on Sanjaya. The above article talks about "America's votes". Maybe it's not America's votes thats swaying this competition. What is this alleged "India call center" that has been mentioned in the media as a source of millions of votes coming in for Sanjaya? Are these calls from another country, coupled with Howard Stern's campaign, where the problem lies?

My perfect American Idol Final would be Jordin Sparks vs. Chris Richardson! they're both excellent I know Melinda and Lakisha are both excellent singers but they don't entertain everyone... And lets face it... this is not just a singing competition it's also a popularity competition... 4 example Taylor Hicks!

1. Sinjaya
2. Phil
3. Haley
So the top 5 will be:
1. Jordin Sparks
2. Blake Lewis
3. Melinda Doolittle

Anyone Agrees???

I agree with angela but I would put Phil Stacey instead of Blake Lewis

There's a small chance this show is aranged so ratings grow, but I think people's votes play a big rol in this... I think people are not mature enough to make an inteligent vote... just the fact that they're participating in Vote for the Worst is a stupid idea... Please make an inteligent vote! that will make the show more exciting and real... I like this show a lot to screw it with stupid votes.

sorry gina went out but i love taylor hicks glad he won last year and cant wait for him to come to the uk i would love to see him live come on taylor come to the uk do a tour xxx
