Breaking News: Press Conference with American Idol Eliminated Contestant Stephanie Edwards

Last night on American Idol, Stephanie Edwards was sent home. Based on the judges negative comments, Stephanie knew that she would probably be in the bottom three but still wanted to make it to the Top 10. We at BuddyTV were fortunate enough to be a part of a live press conference with Stephanie this morning. The following is a recap of what transpired:

I am so sorry Stephanie that you are a vuctim of Americans who value popularity and sappy pubescence over a potentially phenominal talent. I have decided that I can no longer watch American Idol. This show only proves what I have always feared about the American public and its vapid values. As a matter of fact,all of my friends and teachers are no longer supporting this program. the owners of fox and american idol should go after howard stern and blow him out the airwaves.Take legal action as he is disrupting another show because he is a dryed up weasel.If the voting crap does not stop because of him so the public from voting and have the three judges do the voting.throw it in his face.its not like it would matter because he is a no talent son of a bitc-------------------.

stop the bastard howard stern for promoting voting off the best and keeping the worst.He is a nothing of a man.Fox take legal action against him.He has no talent may be Don Imus could help him in that department.Mr.Imus has more talent in one finger than stern will ever have

It's very hurting that some people who has to be eliminated are still in and Stephanie who is so much gifted is being evicted.Stephanie,all i have to tell u is to continue being who u are.I am a BIG fan of you.Luv u so much.Ba 1 thing, bcos u not contesting again,i have decided to stop watching american idol.Take care.

The show sucks now, they keep getting rid of the really talented people , and keeping the sucky people ( like sanjiya

Sanjaya cannot sing & I can't understand why the judges choose him to compete . Do the judges believe that his looks will prevail over real talent? I know this kid is trying his best but the fact is that sanjaya cannot sing......bottom line.

Sanjaya is being given too much 'hype' and as long as we continue to give him that publicity he will get votes, as strange as this may seem.

Now it is very clear to me that this conpetition will
be won by a non-singer.

i used to run home to watch this show but my personal belief is that this is the worse American Idol since its inception. and don't blame the judges, though they made the initial mistake - America keeps making us pay
for it.

WAKE UP AMERICA AND JUST "SMELL" ANYTHING, JUST LET US FOCUS AND DO THE RUGHT THING.

i KNOW THERE IS TOO MUCH 'DAWG' SOMETIMES, AND 'YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL' AND 'YOU HAVE A GOOD VOICE,' 'YOU ARE ONE OF THE BETTER VOICES HERE TONIGHT' YADDA YADDA.... AND ALL THAT PAPESY STUFF.......

BUT WHAT WOULD IT COST TO HAVE THE PANEL UPGRADED AFTER THE PRELIMS AND 1ST SET OF SEMIS?

'MIX UP' DE PANEL WITH SOME FRESH BLOOD??? LET US GET A REAL TALENTED IDOL......
