emdoj said "I hope they won't try to sound like elvis himself. as long as they make it their own, they'll do well": That's what I and probably the judges are looking for...

What did y'all think about Taylors performance?

dragon521 said "AWSOME DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!": Taylor has the good energy, but I have to admit that Simon had a point about the whole Karaoke thing. The dancing might stand between Taylor being the next American Idol...

This is a good change for Chris. He needed to jump off of the rock tip for a minute.

Taylor can flat out sing...

Chris is still very marketable regardless of what happens in this contest. He will be heard from regardless of how this plays out.

Lost Girl said "this is tough... chris isn't doing that hot, but he's the one who's supposed to win it all. I think kathryne is so great, but either she or taylor will probably have to leave because elliot's performance was flawless": I think Elliot and especially Taylor are the most difficult to market as far as "pop" as they have a specific niche they have to kind of fall into. Kat and Chris are a lock to be stars regardless of the outcome.

This kid is clickin' on all cylinders tonight!!!!!!!!!!!

Watch, Simon is even going to give him props on this one...
