![]() Tyler Denk and James Branaman, friends and male models, came out on top in last night's season finale of The Amazing Race. Recovering drug addicts, the two men seemed to establish themselves as favorites early on in The Race, due to their physical prowess and (relatively) calm demeanors. Rob and Kim came in second, followed by Lyn and Karlyn in a distant third. Tyler and James win the million dollar prize after a final leg that saw the teams travel from Barcelona to Paris and, finally, to New York. Team Alabama was taken out of the running in Paris, when they were unable to get on the same flight to New York as the other two teams. To read the rest, click here.

What a lame and anti-climatic finale! It's sucks when the outcome is determine by f@$@#$ E-Z Pass instead of skill.

Is there anything else to T/J's personality besides "We're recovering drug addict?" they just seemed "there."

How disappointing was that?! I can't believe it all came down to a damn plane and cab ride, how stupid. I'm glad Rob and Kim didn't win, but still pissed that Lyn and Karlyn got screwed. Oh well, next season will be an All Star season, so it should be interesting. Although I'm not looking forward to having to see Rob and Amber again. Soultrance http://www.dingorue.com

What do you mean struggled? These coke whores were successful models before the race and they lucked out by knowing the right people (Erikkkka from BB All-Stars) to get on this show. As for defied the odds, the whole outcome came down to a fricking E-Z Pass.

The lawyers (Season 1) + Chip/Reichen(TAR 4)=Team Heroin chic. CBS has to stop cloning the same boring Alpha Male teams.

I am way behind on watching TV Reality shows. Just finished with The AMazing Race #8. I think I enjoy it more when the show has a few couples on that I've seen or heard about before....like Rob and Amber (great game players) and Ron (the POW) and his girlfriend. I enjoyed this Amazing Race more than any other before of these two couples. cindi

The models' taxi driver have E-Z Pass (Quicker lane) which allows them to jump into the lead while Rob/Kimberly's taxi driver don't have E-Z Pass which they are stuck in a slower lane (cash lane). The E-Z Pass for Tyler/James' taxi driver allows them to beat Rob/Kimberly.

Tyler/James' taxi driver cruises through a quicker lane (E-Z Pass) which allows them to jump into the lead while Rob/Kimberly's taxi drivers is stuck in a slower lane (Cash Lane). E-Z Pass for Tyler/James' taxi driver allows them to get a little bit further ahead of Rob/Kimberly to win the $1 million prize
