Cady McClain Returns to Haunt 'All My Children'

After her rather unceremonious exit – death by killer poison pancakes - from the scene in January of last year, there seemed little hope of Cady McClain ever returning to Pine Valley and All My Children. Although the network's official word on her departure was the writing team's lack of storyline ideas for her character, the more widely held belief was that McClain was released due to her outspoken comments about the direction of the show.

Nevertheless, time heals all wounds and just like the Eagles reuniting even without hell freezing over, Cady McClain is coming back to All My Children, albeit in supernatural fashion. But, hey, that's pretty staple fodder in the world of daytime dramas anyway.
