weak plot development

just saw episode 17 - this obsession of the chinese with jack is unreasonable and illogical...when i saw the end of the episode my immediate reaction was - oh no, not again! hope it doesn't end up a repeat of the end of last season

jack still hasn't paid his debt to the chinese....yes he was tortured for 18 months...but what good is that to the chinese?

makes sense that they're back...I reckon something BIG will take place towards the end obviously involving his father

the end is near...interestingly enough this plot has continued since season 4 (remember how the only real subplot for seasons 1, 2 and 3 was nina?) - I wonder they'll come up with next?

I see the Chinese coming back into it and I find myself thinking "oh g'damnit, please show me something else that's more interesting and relevant to the current plot".

While you do have a valid point Lobotomy, (about Jack still owing the Chinese some answers), they did trade him back. They said "ok, we'll let this go because you're giving us something we really want", but now they're back breaking that deal. It's lame... I'm sorry, but to me it feels like they were out of ideas so they threw this into the mix just to fill some time.

i really hope he doesn't get captured again. jack deserves something good to happen to him for everything he's been through.

I think a lot of the plot could involve the chinese this season.
