The President knows MRTG?

In Episode 10 our befuddled but ever-noble President is sitting alone, worrying about all the bad stuff that is happening. In front of him lies a flat-screen computer display with the easily-recognized MRTG graphs. Any working geek knows MRTG as the standard open-source software for measuring and graphing network traffic (and other related parameters). Why is the Prez doing this when the whole damn country is falling apart??

Screen savor of something that looks important looking to people who aren't familiar? Probably something that's used in the studio, looks important to the untrained eye, and decided to throw it in perhaps?

An alternative explanation is that he was trying to download from his favourite Porn site, and was getting really slow network performance. Thus he is studying the MRTG graphs to help determine which evildoer in his Undisclosed Location is hogging all the bandwidth!
