24 isn't set up in the sense where they will allow for "flashbacks" like other shows...namely Lost.

Default not really

its one of those things in it mate, there was almost 3 years between season 2-3 thats goes unexplained. is part of the epic series, we dont need to no, even though 20 months of torture, prob including acid burns, blades, whips, beatings, food starvation, sleep deprevation and more, he prob aint gonna discuss it over a cup a tea. But then jack dont eat or drink nothing anyway, hes super human.

but..don't you think Jack looks pretty healthy after two years of torture? he's running around like a rabbit, no beer gut,...there was one shot of scar tissue on his back, but after he had a shave and a haircut, he looks like he's been at a health farm all that time. I'm glad the action is fast and intense again this season but I wish he showed some signs of actually spending time in the chinese house of pain

What happens in China...stays in China...

sorry, couldn't resist.

He was tortured for 18 or whatever straight months and didn't say a word!!! That's what happened. But I think the China role will playout more in this season...possibly end the season with another China story cliffhanger.
