24 interactive theme for pc

hi i was wondering if sum1 could help me, i had a cool 24 theme for my pc where the background would change depending on the time and the clock would beep like the shows clock when the hour was goin to change, i have tried to find it on the net but have had no luck so far just wondering if sum1 could help out if the know wot i'm talking about lol
