I was kinda looking for where i can get to watch past seasons. Am only up to season 2 and somehow well into season 5 thinking it was season 3. I was glad to hear it was not cos the jump was definitely drastic

I can imagine that.
I've only watched the first season so far, but have all other seasons lying around here (I borrowed them from a friend). If the writer's strike continues, I'll be finding time to actually watch all of 24!

Time! It takes time to watch 5 seasons of a show and 24 is not the only series on my "to watch"-list. If they writer's strike continue and there are no more new episodes to my fave shows, then there will be more time to catch up on old shows/seasons.
Why didn't I watch before? Because of the rigid scedule it was shown. 3 times a week 2 episodes - I didn't want to commit myself to this scedule when 24 was on TV. Now I can watch it in my time on DVD.
