Default Hello fellow 24 lovers...

Kiefer's latest run-ins with the law have been very sad to me I cannot reconcile these events with Jack. Anyway, i am new to this but i was thinking...While I love my shows, I try to do just as much reading in my fave genres as well. I hope you all do the same and i would love to hear from top show fans what their fave books are as well. I for one, just finished reading an advance copy of David Baldacci's latest book called Stone Cold. It's the Ocean's Eleven of mystery/thrillers. I absolutely loved it!! For those of you that are familiar with his work, I think this is by far his best book yet.
Here's a brief summary of the book (NO SPOILERS!): The book is a follow-up to the best-sellers The Collectors and Simple Genius. It is also very 24-like,and since i don't want to become a total tv slave i am glad i found something as equally interesting to read as Jack is to watch.
Once again the mysterious vigilante group, The Camel Club, have charged themselves with the dubious task of keeping a watchful eye
on our country's top officials. The group, headed up by the entrancing Oliver Stone, finds that it has made powerful enemies among
the highest ranks in Washington, D.C., who will do anything to prevent them from uncovering the hidden, secret work of the government.
The newest addition, Annabelle Conroy, has just swindled $40 million from casino magnate Jerry Bagger, the man responsible for her
mother's death. The Club bands together to protect Annabelle, when a more dangerous enemy emerges: Harry Finn, a top official
secretly charged with keeping our nation safe turns out to be the most menacing opponent that The Camel Club has yet to come
across. In famous Baldacci style, the twists and turns lead to an explosive and devastating ending that will change The Camel
Club forever. I would love some recommendations from the CSI, Law & Order, Prison Break, House etc. lovers out there. I'm always
looking for a good book.

I see you're fan of sci-fi books, me too. I've read many Asimov books. You should check his book collection called "fact and fancy". I also recommend Harry Harrison creation. I love this writer's 50 stories collection called "50 in 50". You can get more information about these writers on Google. In my opinion these writers are best of science fiction.
